press release for summer exhibiton
collaboration with heden
May 11, 2010 at 3:09 pm | Posted in Uncategorized | Leave a commentThe summer exhibition by Rumiko Hagiwara will be realised by the collaborartion with Heden in Den Haag! She will install the same work in the small courtyard of project room “Hier” in Den Haag at the same time of the summer exhibition in Shofukan Japanese garden. She is currently occupying “Hier” as her studio/working space for 2 months long. With this collaboration, she makes a link between a Japanese garden and her working space and try to make a comparison, and examines the relation between each location and her work.
Also a screeing event will take a place in “Hier” by the artist during the exhibiton.
